- 1 medium spiral cut ham
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup Barley+
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine maple syrup, Barley+, and salt
- Coat the ham in the Barley+ mixture
- Place ham in a baking pan and cover with foil
- Bake 45 minutes covered, uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer, or until crust in browned and crispy
- Serve warm.
